Kann eine Wolke brennen?

Äh was? Vielleicht hast Du es mitbekommen, in Straßburg kam es zu einem verheerenden Brand bei Europas größtem Cloud-Anbieter OVH. 12.000 Server auf über 5 Etagen waren Feuer und Flamme, 3,6 Millionen Websites gingen offline, darunter staatliche Portale, Banken, Newskanäle und die Regierungsseite data.gouv.fr. Einige Firmen die dort ihre Datenschätze lagerten hatten kein BackUp, was das heißt? Das war‘s, kein BackUp, keine Daten, tadaaa. Was lernen wir daraus? Mache ein BackUp, des BackUps der Cloud, deiner Festplatte des…… ach komm am besten zurück zu Papyrus und Schiefertafeln… Also die Cloud ist kein magischer himmlischer Ort, sondern am Ende auch nur ein Konstrukt aus Servern bestehend aus Elektromüll. 😊 Sofern Du noch ein paar tausend Server unbenutzt hast, empfehle ich dir ins Geschäft des Bitcoin-minings einzusteigen. 😉

Apropos Elektrizität, stehst Du auch unter Strom? Nimm dir täglich 5-15 min Zeit für dich zum relaxen. Spannung hat aber auch Vorteile und hilft der Gesundheit, Wahnsinn wie ich hier wieder von Thema zu Thema springe um dir einfach ein Potpourri an Vielfalt zu bieten. Also Gesundheit: Montag war Tag der Rückengesundheit, gerade als Bürohengst ist es enorm wichtig in Bewegung zu bleiben, einfach mal Dehnübungen zu machen, sich um den Muskeltonus (Spannung) zu kümmern und nicht zu verkümmern. Mit Spannung erwarte ich natürlich auch die Wiedereröffnung der Fitnessstudios. Ob es hier in NRW nächste Woche soweit sein wird?? Die ersten haben sich ja schon zurückgezogen und in Italien ist der 3.te Lockdown da, das RKI erwartet, oh Wunder, steigende Fallzahlen um und nach Ostern…. Also was hat die bisherige Strategie des Schließens gebracht?

Mit Strategien ist es halt so ne Sache, es ist einfach, wenn man sich auf historische Ereignisse berufen kann, wenn man eine Datengrundlage hat, Szenarien durchgespielt wurden, doch manchmal muss man einfach MACHEN. Dennoch gerade in der Geschäftswelt ist es unabdingbar, dass Mitarbeiter die Strategie der Führungsetage nachvollziehen können. Denn nur so ist gewährleistet, dass die Mannschaft hinter einem steht und man gemeinsam den Weg des Erfolges geht. Bitte hört auf mit dem ganzen BUZZ-WORDING, macht es greifbar für Angestellte, für die Teammitglieder, einfach nahbar.

Übrigens in Sachen Strategie und Anlageempfehlung, nein ich gebe keine Empfehlung alles auf eigenes Risiko etc. evtl. ein Wink mit dem Zaunpfahl, je nachdem für was Du dich entscheidest, ETF, Fonds, Aktien, Optionsscheine was auch immer: verstehe das Geschäftsmodell, respektive die Anlagestrategie. Was ich meine? Ok, Beispiel DeliveryHero, jetzt sagst Du wahrscheinlich ja safe, die liefern Essen aus.... Das wäre genau so, wie wenn man sagen würde Amazon ist ein Onlinehändler.... denn man kratzt nur an der Oberfläche. Delivery Hero, hat mal eben 5,7 mrd locker gemacht für einen Zukauf in Südkorea, achja und statt nur Essen, liefern sie übrigens auch Medikamente, Blumen, Lebensmittel... Tja, da entwickelt sich was, wenn man mal die Fantasie spielen lässt...

So in diesem Sinne, bevor ich jetzt noch weitere wunderbare Brücken von Thema zu Thema baue, genieße den Freitag und das bevorstehende Wochenende.

Can a cloud burn?

Uh what? You may have heard, there was a devastating fire in Strasbourg at Europe's largest cloud provider OVH. 12,000 servers on more than 5 floors were on fire, 3.6 million websites went offline, including government portals, banks, news channels and the government site data.gouv.fr. Some companies that stored their data treasures there and had no BackUp, what does that mean? That's it, no back-up, no data, tadaaa. What do we learn from this? Make a back-up, of the back-up of the cloud, of your hard drive ohhh...... oh best come back to papyrus and slates...

So the cloud is no magical heavenly place, but in the end also just a construct of servers consisting of electrical waste. 😊 Provided you still have a few thousand servers unused, I recommend you get into the business of Bitcoin-mining 😉 .

Speaking of electricity, are you electrified too? Take 5-15 min a day for yourself to relax. But „tension“ also has its advantages and helps your health. It's crazy how I jump from topic to topic here again to simply offer you a potpourri of variety. So health: Monday was „back-health-day“, especially as an office worker (pencil pushe ras I learned) it is enormously important to stay in motion, to simply do stretching exercises, to take care of the muscle tone (tension) and not to atrophy. Of course, I'm also eagerly awaiting the reopening of the gyms. Will it happen here in NRW next week? The first gym-owner have already withdrawn and in Italy the 3rd lockdown is here, the RKI expects, oh wonder, rising case numbers around and after Easter.... So what has the previous strategy of closing down the business achieved?

It's easy when you can refer to historical events, when you have a data basis, when scenarios have been played out, but sometimes you just have to do it. Nevertheless, especially in the business world, it is indispensable that employees can understand the strategy of the management. This is the only way to ensure that the team stands behind you and that you walk the path of success together. Please stop all the BUZZ-WORDING, make it tangible for employees, for your team member, just approachable.

By the way, in terms of strategy and investment recommendations, no, I don't give recommendations, everything is at your own risk, etc. perhaps a hint with the fence, depending on what you decide on, ETF, funds, shares, warrants, whatever: understand the business model or the investment strategy. What do I mean? Ok, example DeliveryHero, now you probably say yes safe, they deliver food....
