Nimmst Du Magnesium?

Jetzt wird der/die ein/e oder andere sagen na klar, is doch voll wichtig und argumentiert das es gut gegen Krämpfe ist. Das lass ich mal so stehen, weil das bedingt richtig ist. Es ist unter anderem an der Aktivierung von Vitamin D beteiligt, in der aktuellen Diskussion sicher nicht ganz unwichtig ;) Gut das Du es zu Dir nimmst, hast Du es im Drogeriemarkt gekauft? Jetzt wird wahrscheinlich der/die ein/e oder andere wohl wieder mit ja antworten und nun: Hast Du mal geguckt was es für ein Magnesium ist?

Ähem joa, is halt das Magnesium. Leider gibt es da sehr große Unterschiede und das am häufigsten verkaufte/verabreichte ist das Oxid. Warum is klar, weil es günstig ist. Schau mal auf deine Packung was da drauf steht. Man kann ganz grob zwischen organisch und anorganisch unterscheiden. Grundsätzlich ist die Bioverfügbarkeit bzw. Resorptionsrate des Körpers bei den organischen weitaus höher ist. Angeblich soll die von Oxid bei 4% liegen, das ist aber nicht hinreichend bewiesen, dennoch solltest Du nach Möglichkeit auf organisches zurückgreifen. Oxid ist anorganisch. Und bitte mehrmals verteilt über den Tag geringere Dosen zu dir nehmen als eine Riesendosis, das kann ohnehin abführend wirken, entspannt halt den Darm.

Und ja, Magnesium ist ein Salz und an alle Chemiker unter uns, es verbrennt unter sehr heller Flamme, wird auch gern bei Silvesterraketen verwendet und bis zu 2500 Grad Celsius heiß beim Verbrennen. Wenn Magnesium, dann schau ob Du Magnesiumbisglycinat bekommst.

So, damit hätten wir den gesundheitlichen Part des heutigen Blogs abgedeckt. Dann muss ich noch was loswerden, vielleicht habt ihr es mitgekriegt „Globale Mindeststeuer“ von 15% für die großen Player auf dem Markt. "Yes, endlich eine ordentliche Körperschaftssteuer," könnte man jetzt denken… Blöd an der Sache ist nur, dass zwar die G7 sich dafür ausgesprochen haben aber die G20 und OECD dafür verantwortlich sind. Noch blöder, dass es Bemessungsgrundlagen gibt, so gilt diese Steuer, wenn das jeweilige Unternehmen 10% Rendite erwirtschaftet hat. Kennst Du Amazon? Über Luxemburg hat das Große A im letzten Jahr Ware im Wert von 44 Mrd. Euro in Europa an den Mann/ die Frau gebracht. Laut „Guardian“ damit eine Rendite von 6,3% erwirtschaftet…. Na wem fällt‘s auf? Richtig, unter 10 also nix mit Steuer.

Demnach wäre diese so hoch gefeierte Steuer eine Luftnummer.

Apropos Luftnummer, aufgrund von den Schwankungen im Kryptomarkt u.a. ausgelöst durch Elon Musk droht Anonymus (das ist diese Hacker Truppe mit den Masken) mit Aussagen wie: „"Sie denken vielleicht, dass Sie die klügste Person im Raum sind, aber jetzt haben Sie Ihren Gegenpart getroffen."

"Millionen von Kleinanlegern zählten wirklich auf ihre Kryptogewinne, um ihr Leben zu verbessern. Das ist etwas, das Sie nie verstehen werden, weil Sie in den gestohlenen Reichtum einer südafrikanischen Apartheid-Smaragdmine hineingeboren wurden und keine Ahnung haben, wie der Kampf für die meisten arbeitenden Menschen auf der Welt aussieht."

Sorry, aber wer in Luft investiert…. Es ist zum Zocken, man kann reich werden oder man verliert es eben. Aber solche Aussagen halte ich persönlich für mehr als übertrieben…. 

Übrigens ist Bitcoin jetzt Zahlungsmittel in El Salvador und der Kurs bewegt sich kaum, aber wehe Elon M. twittert etwas. Also die Entscheidung eines Landes wiegt weniger als der Tweet eines Mannes?!  

Man kann ja mal drüber nachdenken.

Do you take Magnesium?

Now one or two people will say of course, it's really important and argue that it's good against cramps. I'll leave that at that, because it's true to a certain extent. Ahem, it's just magnesium. Unfortunately, there are big differences and the most commonly sold/administered is oxide. It's clear why, because it's cheap. Look at your package and see what it says. You can roughly distinguish between organic and inorganic. Basically, the bioavailability or resorption rate of the body is much higher with the organic ones. It is said that the absorption rate of oxide is 4%, but this is not sufficiently proven. Nevertheless, you should pay attention to organic, oxide is inorganic, and please take smaller doses several times a day rather than one huge dose, which can have a laxative effect anyway, but it relaxes the intestines.

And yes, magnesium is a salt and to all the chemists among us, it burns under a very bright flame, is also often used in New Year's Eve rockets and is up to 2500 degrees Celsius hot when burning. If you want magnesium, see if you can get magnesium bisglycinate.

So, that covers the health part of today's blog. Then I have to get something off my chest, maybe you've heard "Global minimum tax" of 15% for the big players in the market. Yes, finally a proper corporate tax, you might think... The only stupid thing is that the G7 have spoken out in favour of it but the G20 and OECD are responsible for it. Even more stupid is that there are tax bases, so this tax applies when the respective company has generated a 10% return. Do you know Amazon? Last year, the Big A sold goods worth 44 billion euros in Europe via Luxembourg. According to the Guardian, it generated a return of 6.3%.... Well, who's noticing?

According to this, this so highly celebrated tax would be a joke.

Speaking of jokes, due to the fluctuations in the crypto market triggered by Elon Musk, among others, Anonymus (that's that hacker guys with the masks) threatens with statements like: "You may think you're the smartest person in the room, but now you've met your match."

"Millions of small investors were really counting on their crypto gains to improve their lives. That's something you'll never understand because you were born into the stolen wealth of a South African apartheid emerald mine and have no idea what the struggle is like for most working people in the world."

Sorry, but who invests in air.... It's gambling, you can get rich or you can lose it. But I personally think such statements are more than exaggerated....

By the way, Bitcoin is now a means of payment in El Salvador and the exchange rate do not moves, but when Elon M. tweets something. So a country's decision weighs less than a man's tweet?!
