Kennst Du das? Dieser eine Gedanke, der dich nicht loslässt, dich umklammert wie eine Boa constrictor, die den Druck dem Puls ihrer Beute anpasst bis sie keinen Herzschlag mehr spürt. Dieser Gedanke der deinen Atem gefrieren lässt… so ergeht es mir derzeit mit der Frage:

Wie viele Leute dürfen am Vatertag mit dem Bollerwagen durch die Straßen laufen. Wird der Flaschenöffner desinfiziert bei der Übergabe von Hand zu Hand? Ist es eine Versammlung? Müssen Masken getragen werden?

In diesem Sinne: Schönen Freitag und schön das Du da wieder da bist.

Wie sieht das Lernen der Zukunft aus? Werden die notwendigen Informationen auf implantierte Chips übertragen? Werden Nanoteilchen für uns Prüfungen schreiben? Wenn auch nicht ganz so krass, so bin ich mir sicher das Soft-Skills immer mehr an Bedeutung gewinnen werden. Man bekommt doch immer und überall ohnehin die Informationen die man braucht. Doch diese zu vermitteln, oder als Intermediär zu agieren bedarf Fingerspitzengefühl, Empathie und besonderes Kommunikationsgeschick. Klar werden viele Dinge automatisiert, die Blockchain ermöglicht es das Intermediäre immer überflüssiger werden, da über die Knoten ohnehin nachvollzogen werden kann wer wo welche Berechtigung hatte und Transparenz auf ein ganz neues Level gehoben wird. Die Disruption wird nicht nur das Bankgeschäft wie wir es kennen obsolet machen, IOT - Internet of things, lässt die Ladesäule mit dem E-Auto sprechen und der Kühlschrank wird von der Drohne beliefert…. Ok ok bis dahin ist es noch etwas und wir sollten ruhig das ein oder andere neue gerne manuell lernen.

Learning by doing sieht derzeit bei mir so aus: Dank des Seitwärtstrends der Varta Aktie habe ich mit einer Put-Straddle Optionsstrategie immerhin meine Verluste etwas minimieren können. Der Unterschied dabei war, dass ich keine klassische Straddle Strategie gebaut hatte, sondern mit Knock-Out Zertifikaten gespielt habe… Ja was soll ich sagen der Kapitalmarkt ist und bleibt ein Casino. Umso schlimmer das TradeRep…. Damit wirbt wie einfach doch der Handel mit Aktien ist. Ok Ok, eigentlich ist es das sogar. Sofern Du einen Value Ansatz verfolgst und Geduld beweist.

Ungeduld und Gier bringen dich einfach nicht weiter, egal in welchem Gebiet/Bereich.

Sei hungrig aber nicht gierig!

So, kurz und knapp an diesem Freitag, da ich ne Menge um die Ohren habe aber ich dennoch was zum Nachdenken für Euch dalassen wollte.

Ob long ob short die Kohle ist fort, achja und immer dran denken: Sell in May and go away 😉

Mein Gott war das heute finanzbezogen, obwohl…. Es war aus dem Tierreich, dem sozioökonomischem, dem kulturellen und dem üblichen Wahnsinn dabei.

Alles in allem also ganz cool, ich muss jetzt los, das Training ruft. In diesem Sinne Happy Friday und ein schönes Wochenende.

Do you know it? That one thought that won't let you go, that clutches you like a boa constrictor that adjusts the pressure to the pulse of its prey until it no longer feels a heartbeat. That thought that makes your breath freeze... that's how I'm currently feeling with the question:

How many people are allowed to walk through the streets on Father's Day with a handcart? Is the bottle opener disinfected as it is passed from hand to hand? Is it a gathering? Do masks have to be worn?

In this sense: Have a nice Friday and good to have you back.

What will learning look like in the future? Will the necessary information be transferred to implanted chips? Will nanoparticles write exams for us? Even if not quite as radical, I am sure that soft skills will become more and more important. You get the information you need always and everywhere. But conveying this information or acting as an intermediary requires tact, empathy and special communication skills. Of course, many things will be automated, but the blockchain will make intermediaries increasingly superfluous, since the nodes can be used to trace who had what authorisation where and transparency will be raised to a whole new level. The disruption will not only make banking as we know it obsolete, IOT - Internet of things, lets the charging station talk to the e-car and the refrigerator is delivered by the drone.... Ok, it's still a while until then and we should be happy to learn one or two new things manually.

Learning by doing currently looks like this for me: Thanks to the sideways trend of the Varta share, I have at least been able to minimise my losses somewhat with a put-straddle option strategy. The difference was that I didn't build a classic straddle strategy, but „played“ with knock-out certificates... Yes, what can I say? The capital market is and remains a casino. All the worse that TradeRep.... advertises how easy it is to trade shares. Ok Ok, actually it is. As long as you follow a value approach and show patience.

Impatience and greed just won't get you anywhere, no matter what field/area.

Be hungry but not greedy!

So, short and sweet on this Friday, because I have a lot on my plate but I still wanted to leave something for you to think about.

Whether long or short the money is gone, oh yes and always remember: Sell in May and go away 😉

My God was that finance-related today, though.... There was from the animal kingdom, the socio-economic, the cultural and the usual madness.

So all in all, pretty cool. On that note, Happy Friday and have a great weekend.
