Na hast Du diesen Ausdruck auch schon einmal gehört?
Oder vielleicht eher geteiltes Leid ist halbes Leid?
Nein heute soll nicht Tag der Phrasen sein sondern lediglich ein kleiner Hinweis auf das was uns bevorsteht…
Ich packe jetzt mal meine Glaskugel aus:

Sharing Economy, ein Geschäftsmodell welches sich immer größerer Beliebtheit erfreut. Es geht ums teilen, teilen von Erfahrungsberichten, teilen von Fahrzeugen (Car-sharing) und vieles mehr. Wir befinden uns in einem Wandel, galt doch früher das Auto noch als Statussymbol, ist es jetzt nur noch hinderlich wenn es um die Parkplatzsuche geht, wenn man beim Tanken die Kreditkarte zückt und zögerlich bezahlen möchte, sorry muss, oder prellst Du etwa die Zeche an der Tanke?? Ok ok, im Moment macht das Tanken schon fast Spaß, dem Ölpreis Verfall sei Dank, aber keine Sorge, dass wird wieder teurer und die Einnahmen dank Kurzarbeit geringer, aber ich schweife ab, eigentlich wollte ich ja noch etwas zum Thema Zukunftsmodell sharing economy erzählen also weiter im Text:
Die aktuelle Coronavirus-Krise könnte den Trend zur Vernetzung verstärken.

Uber hat den Markt für Mobilität revolutioniert. Wer früher unabhängig und uneingeschränkt mobil sein wollte, der musste ein Auto besitzen. Heute genügt im Idealfall ein Smartphone, um die Dienstleistung "Mobilität" wann immer gewünscht abrufen zu können. 

Das wirklich Geniale an der ganzen Nummer: Uber hat kein einziges Fahrzeug, ok vielleicht den ein oder anderen Firmenwagen für die CEOs CFOs CPOs und wie sie nicht alle heißen. Denn wer erbringt denn die tatsächliche Dienstleistung??? Der „kleine“ Mann sorry Frau bevor es jetzt heißt Gleichberechtigung etc. Ist das nicht cool, Uber stellt ne Plattform und hat keine extremen Miet/Leasing oder sonstigen Verpflichtungen, keine Inspektionsintervalle, genial. 

Ein weiteres Beispiel? AirBnB… denen gehört nicht eine einzige Wohnung…
Für die Einheimischen bedeutet AirBnB die oft unkomplizierte Möglichkeit zum Nebenerwerb, indem man Urlauber bei sich übernachten lässt. Und man lernt noch Leute kennen, fantastisch.
Neben dem Markt für Mobilität und der Tourismusbranche könnten in Zukunft noch viele Bereiche der Wirtschaft im Sinne der Sharing-Economy umgestaltet werden. So kann man sich auch einen dezentralen Energiemarkt vorstellen, in dem User einer Internetplattform abwechselnd als Produzenten und Konsumenten von Elektrizität auftreten oder abwechselnd ihre Arbeitskraft verkaufen oder Arbeitskraft einkaufen. Solche Plattformen sind keine Zukunftsmusik mehr, sondern existieren bereits, auch wenn sie die Mehrzahl der Menschen noch nicht erreicht haben…..

So, das war‘s, ich packe meine Glaskugel über zukünftige Entwicklungen wieder ein, was ihr nun daraus macht hinsichtlich Investments und Vorbereitung auf die Zukunft überlasse ich euch

Well, have you ever heard that expression before?

Or perhaps rather shared suffering is half suffering?

No, today is not supposed to be a day of phrases but only a small hint of what is in store for us...

I'm going to unpack my glass ball:

Sharing economy, a business model that is becoming increasingly popular. It's all about sharing, sharing reports of experiences, sharing vehicles (car sharing) and much more. We are in a state of change, as the car used to be a status symbol, but now it is only a hindrance when looking for a parking space, when you pull out your credit card at the gas station and hesitate to pay, sorry, or are you bouncing the bill at the gas station? Ok ok, at the moment it's almost fun to fill up the tank, thanks to the drop in oil prices, but don't worry, it will be more expensive again and the income will be lower thanks to short-time work, but I digress, I actually wanted to say something about the future model of sharing economy, so let's continue with the text:

The current coronavirus crisis could reinforce the trend towards networking.

Uber has revolutionized the market for mobility. In the past, anyone who wanted to be independent and fully mobile had to own a car. Today, a smartphone is ideally all that is needed to access the "mobility" service whenever you want.

The really ingenious thing about the whole business model: Uber doesn't have a single vehicle, ok maybe the one or other company car for the CEOs CFOs CPOs etc….. The reason for it? Who is actually providing the actual service? The "little" man sorry woman before it is now called equal rights etc. Isn't that cool, Uber provides a platform and has no extreme rent/leasing or other obligations, no inspection intervals, brilliant.

Another example? AirBnB... they don't own a single apartment...

For the locals, AirBnB means the often uncomplicated possibility of making a sideline income by letting holidaymakers stay overnight with them. And you get to meet people, fantastic.

In addition to the market for mobility and the tourism industry, many areas of the economy could be transformed in the future in line with the Sharing Economy. For example, one could imagine a decentralised energy market in which users of an Internet platform alternately act as producers and consumers of electricity or alternately sell their labour or buy labour. Such platforms are no longer dreams of the future, but already exist, even if they have not yet reached the majority of people .

So, that's it, I pack my glass ball about future developments again, what you make of it now regarding investments and preparation for the future I leave to you.
